Stornoway Golf Club - Visitors
Visitors are always welcome to Stornoway Golf Club and our experience is that few leave without complementing the club on its friendliness and particularly on the quality of the course. We ask visitors to pay their green fees in the golf shop or at the bar. Alternatively if visiting at hours when both the shop and bar are closed you may pay greenfees using the visitors receipt book and fees box located in the mens locker room.

Green Fees payable by a visitor are halved if accompanied by a member.
Please note that the course and club are closed on Sundays.
There is normally no need to pre-book. During the week it is very much a walk-on type of course. Even though our diary may look busy with club competitions they do not take up much time at the first tee (see below).
There are plenty of opportunities for the visiting golfer to find a suitable tee-off time. If in doubt, please contact us in advance to arrange your preferred date and time and we are sure we will be able to accommodate you.
Club and Trolley Hire
Bags of Golf Clubs and Golf Trolleys are also available to hire through the Golf Shop.
Club hire is charged at £15/day which includes a £3 refundable deposit.
Trolley hire is charged at £3/day.
Competition Times
During the summer season the first tee is usually only booked at the following times. Only the Club Championship and Golf Week will restrict access more, especially on the Saturdays.
